About Twin River Tuning

Operations

Twin River Tuning was first established in 2008 as a backyard tuning operation; at that time it was known as Omega_5's Tuning, providing automotive ECM calibration and tuning services in Saskatoon.
In September 2008, operations were moved from Saskatoon out to Maidstone. In 2013, operations were moved to a rural location, in order to accomidate a larger facility and future expansion. In 2015 a new 3500 sq-ft work shop was completed.

Experience

Tyler has been modifying vehicles from a young age; working on old trucks and snowmobiles around the farm where he grew up. In 2003, he began to explore ECU modification with chip tuning in OBD1 based vehicles. In the summer of 2005, he took a job in the alternative fuels industry. This involved design work, custom fabrication, custom controller calibrations, drivetrain diagnotics, emmisions testing, and dyno operation. In 2008, Tyler changed is career toward the oil and gas industry, and a change to a rural setting.
Through many years of tuning, he has gained experience while working on a range of vehicles; from LSx V8's to L5P diesels.
Tyler has holds an engineering license in the mechanical engineering field, and has extensive experience in combustion technology and mechancial design.
